Capital Plus provides a restored affordable home in densely urban areas of Texas. With the average starter home beginning at $200k in major MSAs in Texas, Capital Plus is proud to be able to offer affordable housing at almost 40% below this figure.

Capital Plus provides a no closing cost full term fixed rate loan. We believe that an obligation as important as homeownership should be simple and easy to understand. To that end, we go to great lengths to explain the borrowing process but make the financing easy to understand: one loan payment for the full term of the loan period the borrower chooses (typically 30 years). No closing costs and a the only two variable to their payment will be annual insurance and tax escrows both of which are imposed by 3rd parties (insurance companies and counties). We provide resources to empower them to shop for the best insurance plan and are available to assist with property tax billing questions.

Future Products:

SBA Community Advantage Program. Capital Plus is in the process of obtaining approval to expand our lending product to commercial enterprises in underserved markets. The program will provide up to $250,000 to small businesses seeking capital.

SBA 504 Program – Capital Plus will also offer SBA 504 loans for owner occupied commercial real estate loans. We will work in partnership with Community Development Corporations to originate 1st lien commercial loans for business owners seeking to move from a lease arrangement to their own building.

We intend to focus on the communities in which we currently serve and see these new products as part of our comprehensive effort to serve an undeserved and underbanked population but more importantly, transform their lives by creating socio economic opportunities from our availability of capital.
